I know it sounds a bit harsh and alarmist to say pesticides, preservatives, additives and colours are killing you, but I believe it to be true and I say it out of love. Its something I think we all know in our hearts, but choose to ignore, after all that's easier. But is it really that much harder to eat food that will increase your heath and avoid that which is making us all sick. On this blog I will pass on slow food recipes, herbal remedies and information about the food we consume.
